What is your return and refund policy?

We have a 7-day return window. All returns must be initiated in your account within that window in order to get a return authorization number. You will be refunded within 7 business days upon receipt of the item back to our warehouse.

Can I return ?

1. All returns must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Damaged or altered items will not be accepted for return or exchange."
2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, without any damage or alterations."
3. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged, worn, or altered in any way.

6. If an item is returned damaged or altered, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

 What if we encounter issues with non-returnable items?

Please reach out to us immediately and provide photos and videos for further investigation. Our team will work quickly to offer an alternative solution.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped out, Queens Luxuries will send the tracking number directly to you. This way, you can easily track your order on your side.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We charge shipping based on the total weight of the order.
US products are delivered in 2-5 business days, and overseas sourced products are delivered in 5-10 business days.

 How do I know what size to choose?

All products are true to U.S. sizing unless otherwise stated in each item description. We provide sizing information for each product under Product Details.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. You'll see a cancel option in your order dashboard incase an order can still be cancelled. We can also change the variant of an order within 24 hours, but again, it's not guaranteed. We can only change the variant not the item itself. Because the backend works like clockwork and once the order is already in a certain processing stage, the system will no longer accept interception of the order.
